Why we have to work individual

Just because something has worked for you and you found value in it doesn‘t mean it can be carried over to the whole population. That is a very closed-minded and self-centered approach that doesn't bring much success in the long run. It is important to understand that our bodies are dynamic systems that depend on a lot of factors. When you add intra- and inter-individual diffrences to this, it is very hard to understand why would people proceed to make such bold claims. Would you force a tall person with long femurs and poor mobility to do High-bar Back Squats just because you think it's the king of all leg exercises? Would you force a mother of two to go to the gym 5 times per week because you found that anything below doesn't bring progress? I hope not.

How to Warm-up

Let’s talk warm ups! Everyone should warm up, it's an essential part of every training session. As with anything in the strength training world, extremes are present in the realm of warming up too. On one side, you have people who spend 45min foam rolling, stretching, and activating before getting under the bar and on the other, there are people who load up their working sets immediately after doing a set with an empty barbell. Neither of those two are smart approaches, both from a time-management and injury-prevention standpoint.

Online Coaching – We got your back

With the trend of online coaching growing, especially in the last year, it‘s clear to see that certain misunderstanding about the whole concept have started to develop. This is either caused by false  assumptions and expectations from the potential clients, or from coaches who offer the service but don't properly deliver information about what their service is actually about. This situation creates a huge gap between the two sides and it can lead to both ends of the spectrum. People can get disappointed, but also surprised and overwhelmed by the service they receive.
